- While listening:

- Focus on the main points only.
- Keep your note-taking short, writing phrases rather than complete sentences.
- Use bullet points and lists where possible.
- After listening:
In your groups, compare your notes and discuss your strategies.
- Follow up:
- How does the single story affect your life?
- How have you used single stories?
- And now that you know about single stories, what can you do about them?
